Chata se nachází v oblasti Jihovýchodní Moravy na úpatí Velké Javořiny (970 m. n. m.) nejvyššího bodu Chráněné krajinné oblasti Bílé Karpaty. Poloha chaty, která je ve svahovitém terénu ze tří stran obklopena lesem a terasovitým nádherným výhledem na nádhernou krajinu Bílých Karpat, je v chatové oblasti Vápenky v katastru obce Nová Lhota okr. Hodonín, asi tak 1 km od hranic se Slovenskou republikou. Chata má samostatnou trávníkovou zahradu s venkovním posezením u krbu a možností táborového ohně, celková plocha je 550 m² včetně chaty.

Chata je velmi prostorná, kompletně podsklepená s velkou halou a dvěma ložnicemi.
Ložnice jsou vybaveny dvoupostelami s možností přistýlky.
Kuchyň je plně vybavená (plynový sporák, mikrovlnná trouba, klasická elektrická trouba, rychlovarná konvice, dřez s teplou a studenou vodou, veškeré kuchyňské vybavení, lednice).
Vytápění chaty lze jak ústředním topením (kotel ve sklepě), nebo lze topit velmi příjemně v krbových kamnech a nebo elektrickými přímotopy (dříví je součástí ceny).
Ohřev teplé vody je pro celou chatu centrální a to pomocí elektrického bojleru.
WC samostatná místnost.
Koupelna vybavena vanou se sprchou a samozřejmostí je teplá a studená voda.
Chata má dva vchody, obojí jsou vchody z terasy, která obepíná chatu ze dvou stran a s výhledem na krajinu a do údolí.
Chodbička na odkládání obuvi a svršků je samozřejmostí.
Sklepení lze použít na kola i jako posezení v případě špatného počasí.
TV - cca. 20 stanic (ČR a SR), VIDEO, DVD přehrávač, WI-FI k dispozici.

(DE, AT) Beschreibung der Hütte.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im südöstlichen Mähren am Fuße des Großen Javořina (970 m) den höchsten Punkt des Naturschutzgebietes der Weißen Karpaten. Lage Hütte, die im steilen Gelände auf drei Seiten von Wald -und Reihen spektakulären Blick auf die schöne Landschaft der Weißen Karpaten , den Kalk in der Hütte im Dorf Nová Lhota Viertel umgeben ist . Hodonín , ca. 1 km von der Grenze mit der Slowakischen Republik. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen separaten Garten mit Rasensitzgelegenheiten im Freien vor dem Kamin und der Möglichkeit, ein Lagerfeuer , ist die Gesamtfläche 550 m2, einschließlich Ferienhaus.

    Das Haus ist sehr geräumig , voll unterkellert mit einem großen Saal und zwei Schlafzimmer.
    Die Schlafzimmer sind mit einem Doppelbett und ein Zusatzbett ausgestattet.
    Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet ( Gasherd , Mikrowelle , Elektroherd , Wasserkocher, eine Spüle mit heißem und kaltem Wasser, alle Küchengeräte, Kühlschrank).
    Erhitzen der Hütte kann als Zentralheizung (Kessel im Keller) , oder Sie können sehr schön in Öfen oder Elektroheizungen (Holz im Preis inbegriffen ) ertrinken.
    Warmwasser ist für die gesamte Chat und mit einer elektrischen Heizung .
    WC separat.
    Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne mit Dusche und natürlich die warmen und kalten Wasser.
    Das Ferienhaus verfügt über zwei Eingänge, beide Eingänge von der Terrasse, die das Haus auf zwei Seiten und mit Blick auf die Landschaft und das Tal umgibt.
    Korridor für Aufbewahrung von Schuhen und Oberteil sind an der Tagesordnung .
    Der Keller kann auf Fahrrädern als Sitzbereich im Falle von schlechtem Wetter benutzt werden .

The cottage is located in the south-eastern Moravia at the foot of the Great Javořina (970 m) the highest point of the protected area of the White Carpathians .
